So... is it $240 per year for each of 3 years (a $20/month increase each year - $60 per month higher in 2019 than 2016) or is it $240 per year over 3 years (so a total increase of just under $7/month over the 2016 rent)?
It is fairly common with a park model to own the unit but rent the site. Not just in FL but in many other states.
Either way, it does not seem at all unreasonable. Also looks like this is your first post on this site?
