It is the most common arrangement at most RV parks in the entire metro area of Phoenix, Arizona. You own the park model, but not the land. Nothing new to this at all. Snowbirds have been doing it for....oh, probably the past 50 to 60 years. Many make it their permanent home eventually. Most enjoy the lifestyle and amenities offered along with friendship, companionship, shared interests, social activities, etc.
Yep...everyone anticipates the lot rent will increase annually.
