Glacier NP my favorite NP. The fishing is great in the park and in surrounding rivers. You don't need a fishing licence in the park. Caught a lot of cut throat trout there maybe 12" or less", while fishing for cutthroat I caught a 20" lake trout which was nice on 4 lb test. The two lakes inside the park were good fishing. Caught what I though were brook trout at Pray Lake but found out later they were Splake. Caught what they call "Bull trout" in Flathead lake which are really Dolly Varden and they were a lot of fun some were over 20". Did not play Golf. I stayed in the park at the time I don't know if they are on the Reserve America now or not, it was first come first served at the time and had no problem getting a site.
