If it is up to the Glacier area, I would recommend the following:
Sights and Activities:
1) Going to the Sun Road in Glacier
2) Hungry Horse dam
3) Whitefish Ski area for ziplines and highlines and hiking/biking
Golfing:
1) Eagle Bend, Bigfork. Very nice course
2) Buffalo Hills, Kalispell. OK. A few gimmicky holes.
3) Meadow Lake, Columbia Falls. Ok to very nice. Haven't been there for quite a while though.
Fishing:
Grab a rod and go.
Or book through Glacier Raft Company just outside of West Glacier. They were recommended to me last year and I thought their prices were very reasonable. I never used them, but a couple of people that did really recommended them.
Thanks RJ, this is good info. I think we are starting out further South around Anaconda but I want to get up to Glacier before we leave.
