I've driven through the Mountain Shadows park in Draper. It looks decent, and there are plenty of full-time residents by the looks of it. Dont know what the 'night life' is like though. It is right next to Camping World.
I live near the Pony Express. Very nice place; all pads are pull through and concrete. Gated entry. The downside is the price. Is walking distance to RV store if you need to fix anything. My parents have spent a few weekends here without complaints.
Those are the only two I'm familiar with.
