Monthly site rental periods question

DW and I are ready (next winter) to stay a month at each of two snowbird parks. Which parks, to be determined. So my generic question is, is the monthly rate always from the 1st of a month? Or Could we rent say 1/15 to 2/15?

Where we stay in Myrtle Beach Travel Park the monthly rate is four consecutive weeks.
  • Never been in a park that required me to pay a daily rate until the 1st of the month. Not saying they don't exist, just saying I've never stayed at one: probably wouldn't stay at one if that was their rule.
  • One more thing to think about. Some of the nicer private parks will charge you the monthly rate per day after staying 30 days. So if you like an area, and would like to spend 5 weeks, the rate would be one month plus 1/4 of a monthly rate. You need to ask for this, it's seldom advertised.
  • which parks are you staying at on Oregon coast.
wife just had cancer surgery, and it looks good. time for reservations

    That's a good tip. Thanks.
