Mt rushmore, rafter j, or kemps kamp, or koa?
Just looking for a consensus from folks that have been there. I've read the reviews on all the campgrounds on rv park reviews, and trip advisor, and everywhere I could find one...lol . Thanks!

I highly recommend Horse Thief Campground located just outside Hillcity on Needles hwy. very nice place with beautiful views of the surrounding hills!
