Regarding overnight parking in Cheyenne area, are you looking for a CG/RV Park, or just a place to "drop anchor" overnight?
If you're looking for a CG/RV Park, there's a KOA east of town on I-80, convenient on/off at Exit 367. There's another RV Park further east at Exit 377, Wyoming RV Park and CG. And on I-25 just north of the state line at Exit 2 is the Terry Bison Ranch RV Park. There's also Curt Gowdy State Park west of Cheyenne off WY 210/Happy Jack Road.
If you just want to park somewhere, there's a WalMart on Dell Range Dr Blvd that allows overnight parking; the other WalMart in town does not allow overnight parking. There's also a Love's Truck Stop and a Flying J Truck stop on I-25 just a mile south of I-80, and there's a Sapp Brothers Truck Stop east of town off I-80 at Exit 370.
