When we stayed at Custer SP and went to Yellowstone I went back up to 90 and then got on 16 all the way to Cody/Yellowstone. Everyone will tell you the big horn mountains are rough, but if you are driving a modern dually with an exhaust brake it's an easy drive and has great views.
