Musical RV's

Wondering if anyone has encountered something such as this:
We have been staying at Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell, WA for over a month. We have been shuffled and moved around the park to different spots 14 times!
We were told this used to be a well-run and managed park, but new management has taken over and it is a nightmare. The management in the park does not know how to operate the reservation's software and so, just "wings it". As a result, double-bookings, overbookings, lost reservations and the "musical rv" game ensues.
We must be here due to medical treatment in the area. Can anyone advise? Can anything be done? The owner is on site and knows of the problems in the front office. Yesterday, there was a fight between two RVer's over one spot. I can't believe it and have never encountered anything like this. The entire park is frequently shuffled around to make room for incoming RVer's because someone in the office double booked. Crazy!! We won't be returning to this park.
