The Snowbirds are swooping already. Took a ride yesterday and the interstates are already filling up with early with Snowbirds! I just couldn't pass up on all the great foreclosure deals down here ...

Still a lot of good weather left up here, but I do admit I'm getting the itch to move on. Once the days start getting shorter, what's the point hanging around up here in the dark.
Would love to buy a place down south like you, but I'm afraid DW would never want to be that far from the kids. Having multiple S&B's is just too much like work.
