- rvnuttsExplorer IIWe happen to love Branson and think there is some amazing talent! The Haygoods have a wonderful show. Don't forget to catch the show in Echo Hollow at Silver Dollar City! We also loved all the shows at Sight and Sound theater. The last one was Jonah and we were wishing we had kids with us! If you are a history buff, the Titanic would be a good choice. As someone mentioned, be sure to go downtown and stroll the antique "Junk" stores. My last treasure was a porcelain doll for $5. As for food, our favs would be breakfast at Grand country buffet, lunch by the river (lake) at Branson Landing, the best ribs at O Charlies.Other thins of interest would be the IMAX, Table Rock Lake visitor center with movie on how the dam was made, Dam tours (we did this and really enjoyed it!), fire and water show at the landing, the Ducks ride. If you go into Springfield, got to Bass Pro and then eat at Lamberts. I think you will find plenty to enjoy. It should be beautiful in October!

The Rankin Brothers
Legends(could depend on who their representing)
Look for the two for one tickets....there's a place on the main drag that advertises this...great deal.
Two years ago we saw 10 shows in 3 day/nights...everyone of them, one was better than the next. Had a great time' even at the less expensive shows. Have fun.... - geraldblizzardExplorernever been to branson/...but been to lamberts/....home of throwed rolls....its a fun place to eat....you will be full when you leave......

- DownTheAvenueExplorerI found Branson to be a "has been." I thought the talent at the few shows I saw was very poor. In fact, our local high school puts on better shows twice a year! I got up and walked out of one show it was so bad. The buildings were worn and in need of some repair. To each his own, but you did ask.
- FCExplorerWe enjoyed the Branson Belle dinner theater .
