As well as the biggie NP's you mentions (YNP & Tetons), you really need to make the effort to do Grand Cayon, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Arches. The color and scenery is unbelievable (and anyone who's watched a sci-fi movie/tv show will recognize all the out-of-this-world landscape!)
Have you thought about storing your unit, flying back home for the winter, then coming back to where you stored it and getting a head start on the trip by not having to travel a gazillion miles to get to your destination.
And finally, you won't make all of them - save some for your retirement or for family reunions later on. Besides, it's the memories that will make these trips special - the leaking waders in a stream trying to fish for trout; the great hike through a slot canyon; the mass of stars at night without city lights - and stuff like that - it's the memories you're making that are so valuable!
