Do these "rules" apply to anywhere on the ocean in MB or just the public beaches. I think it was Ocean Lakes, that had the rule that there was to be no umbrellas or anything that blocks the view of the lifeguard. anything other than towels was to be behind the front of the lifeguard tower. seems like a common sense rule to me.
