Jul 18, 2013Well like mockybird stated you need to be from upper Canada to enjoy the ocean that time of year. Actually we enjoy it in January & February on the warm days; being from Montreal, we either swim in it or skate on it. :B
The indoor pool at MBTP is heated and it's never crowded, my wife rarely misses a dip when we're down there.
I find the fall and winter in MB to be the most relaxing and least stressful. The beach is never crowded, the good restaurants and pubs are still open as well as 90% of the shopping areas. It's just a laid-back time.
MBTP is our place of choice but any of the big parks are great.
