Myrtle Beach State park thoughts.
Anyone who has camped at myrtle beach state park have any thoughts or opinions of the campground and park itself? we have a spot reserved for march 9th and 10th. Not interested in myrtle beach it...

My wife and I stayed there for a night (or 2) a few years ago. The campground itself was nice enough. It is a long slow ride from 95, whether coming from the north or south, that we wouldn't go back there for that reason alone. We were on some roads that seemed not much wider than my motorhome, although that could have been my fault from using google maps, instead of an RV specific GPS, or a motor carrier's road atlas, both of which I now have.
