One of the things about MBSP that has kept us from there besides he airport which is actually less than a mile away, is snakes. I've not been here but have heard that they have it posted about snakes there and have read where people have stepped out of their rig and there be a snake right here.
I also know someone who did overnight security there (retiree from my work place). He has told me some unfavorable stories of some things that go on there at night. I'm sure it happens all over here at myrtle beach. I have not seen it, but also have not been told about it by anyone that works in those places, either.
