I've driven thru MBTP. There is a high sand dune between the campground and beach. The dune has a few openings to walk thru to reach the beach. A few sites may have a view of the ocean thru these walkways.
I usually stay next door to MBTP at Apache. Apache is rundown but I always get a beach front site. I can see the ocean and beach from these sites. Plus, Apache has a long pier and you can see the beach and campground from the ocean.
