I've had New England seafood, and seafood from lots of other places. But I've yet to get grilled salmon anywhere that's as good as what I get at Dockside in Calabash.
The the best grilled salmon I've had on the east coast is at a restaurant called "Slightly North of Broad" on Bay St. in Charleston, SC.
You might want to try the grilled salmon at Palisade's or Etta's Seafood in Seattle, WA. That's the freshest and best I've ever tasted anywhere when it comes to salmon. I know it wasn't shipped across country to get to the plate. It's certainly worth a visit to Seattle:W
Still prefer those lobster rolls though. Guess it's time to take a road trip to New England. Autumn leaves and seafood. Uh-huh. :C
