Myrtle Beach What to do? Where to eat?

This will be our fifth trip to MB. Staying at MB Travel Park in 2 weeks. Looking for some different things to do. Trying to stay away from all the retail stuff (Broadway etc.)

Also looking for some great local seafood and or BBQ options. Don't mind driving a bit for something if it is good.

Planning a day trip to Charleston as well.

Thanks in advance :)

On your way back from Charleston drop into Murrels Inlet. Many good seafood restaurants. While you're at it check out Huntington Beach State Park you might choose to stay there next time. Brookgreen Gardens is an afternoon well spent which is just across the street.

Double ditto on all of it. Here are some more ideas for the area. We like to visit the historic sites throughout the South and there's a few nifty places near MB

James Island has America's only tea plantation. Wife loves visiting there to stock up. The Old Scheldon Church is there too. Read more about them here
