Myrtle Beach????

Take 17N to Supply NC, then 211 to Southport NC, ferry from there to Fort Fisher, State Aquarium there and Fort Fisher ( Civil War ), loop around to Wilmington.... Oh, stop at Britts Doughnuts at Kure Beach, Check out Downtown Wilmington, Nice waterfront and Battleship NC across the river. Head back south down 17 to MB. Can't do it all in 1 day but you can pick and choose. Google will help you for details on the destinations along the way.

Sorry I can't explain better, maybe someone else can help. We took a little boat ride from I think Conway that went back in an area that would remind you of a rainforest. There were only the 4 of us and the boat tour owner probably because it was Sept.. He said that in mid summer you see a lot of wildlife particularly snakes...I would not do it mid-summer because snakes and I, NO Way!

You might be interested in Wilmington, NC they have ships there to tour. Also Calabash is not far, go look at the shrimp boats, and of course the seafood.
