This campground is North off of Route 9. Take Route 9 east until you reach Route 31. 31 is an expressway that goes all the way south to the south end of Myrtle Beach in the area of the big 3 oceanside campgrounds. You can take the various exits to reach whatever shopping, dining or shows that you want.
Willowtree is a 1st class campground with the only negatives no cable TV and a slow internet connection.
