The high tide sites to really avoid at MBTP are 96, 97 & 97A. We were just a few sites back from these during our 2-month stay last winter. My experience is that high water issues usually happen during a full moon. We also saw it in the aftermath of Hurricane Francis back in 2004; the water even came back into sites 95, 98 and 134A.
We're back the beginning of October for two months then in January thru March; can't wait! :C
