FWIW, we have traveled up to around a total of 50 miles (25 in and 25 out) on heavy washboard with our small Class C - but we had to do it at 7-10 MPH.
It looks like visiting Jarbidge would require at least 100 miles of washboard (50 in and 50 out). That means to us around 5 hours each way just for the gravel road portions of getting to/from Jarbidge. It looks like a fascinating place to spend some money in, drycamp around, and fish closeby though.
