FWIW, we have traveled up to around a total of 50 miles (25 in and 25 out) on heavy washboard with our small Class C - but we had to do it at 7-10 MPH.
It looks like visiting Jarbidge would require at least 100 miles of washboard (50 in and 50 out). That means to us around 5 hours each way just for the gravel road portions of getting to/from Jarbidge. It looks like a fascinating place to spend some money in, drycamp around, and fish closeby though.
Where are you going to spend money, there's nothing out there.
The coffee and gift shop.
I wouldn't want what locals there are to become negative about us campers visiting the area, and spending some money there helps with this.
We also like rockhounding out of the comfort of our RV, which at times means being way out where there's nothing but rocks.
