donn, it is so sad that I have reached the point in my life where having a sewer cleanout in my garage sounds like the best thing in the world.
When I was younger, my daydreams were much more interesting.
And back on topic, I think that a lot of RV parks will let you dump for a fee of about ten dollars. (Thirteen is a little high.) Not all of them advertise this service -- you have to call around.
