- Johno02ExplorerThere are three campgrounds on the Trace, none have any facilitis at all. However there are a number of good campgrounds just off the trace. We really like Trace State Park outside of Tupelo,
- Hiking_HunterExplorerThere are several COE parks just off the Natchez ( within a couple of miles). Look at Recreation.gov for the locations. There are several facilities called "water parks" along the Parkway. Check carefully because only one or two of these have camping facilities.
The Natchez is beautiful, but it gets a little boring after a while. It all looks the same. - JerJan10ExplorerIf you Google Natchez Trace campgrounds you can get to the NPS website that has a listing of campgrounds:
http://www.nps.gov/natr/planyourvisit/upload/Campgrounds-2-9-14.pdf
Then use rvparkreviews to check them out and you are set.
Ditto on the speed limit but you will have some behind you that must have a "speeding permit" or something, especially around the towns that the NTP goes close to. - TenOCNomadNo info on Campground on the Trace. But drive SLOW the federal park rangers enforce the speed limit more than TN highway policeman do.
