National Parks - ReserveAmerica shows full - accurate?

About to head to Colorado. I have been looking at nation parks around Ouray and according to the Reserve America site they are all full. My question is, how accurate is this info? Should we still go to the park host/office even if it says it's full online? Any help with National Park info is helpful.

    There are not any National Parks around Ouray. The nearest would be Mesa Verde or Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

    They could be full being summer. However, I question this as well having reserved sites online and gone to find several sites unoccupied. Seems to be a pattern atleast in Oregon state parks.
