National Parks, Utah and California

We are planning a trip from Kansas to San Diego California up to Oregon. We want to stop at all the National Parks that we can on the way, without major detours. Looking for campgrounds along the way, one or two nights. Can we camp in NP? My husband likes hookups. We only want to be gone 3 weeks max.
  • You don't say what time of the year, but when you leave San Diego come up north on Hwy 99 to Visalia exit, take 198 up to Three Rivers you can get into an RV park there and visit the parks. You can see a lot in a long day in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. You can do a search for RV parks outside Yosemite, there aren't many FHU sites in these NP's. Make reservations and yes you can dry camp in all NP's
