Nat'l Park senior discount, too cheap?

I am a senior, soon to be 68 years old. My opinion is that FREE is too cheap. On the other hand $25 entrance fee is too much. I'd like to see all Nat'l Pk. entrance fee set at $15 and senior discount set at 50%. The DW always calls me "CHEAP". She'll be proud of me. lol :B Whats U'r opinion?:h

    If you don't want the discount, don't show the card. Getting that lifetime card for $10 was the first tangible thing I have ever gotten for the taxes I have paid for so many years!

    Absolutely too cheap! I was flabberghasted by the $10 lifetime discount.
    I'd rather see seniors, of which I am one, pay $10 per year for the same discount. Our park system is in woeful need of funds.

    PS And, yes, I do make donations.

    If you don't like getting in for free, DEMAND that they take your money. I'm sure they will comply.

    Or, just send me the money when you get in somewhere for free. It will make us both feel a lot better. :)
