Davidson River CG near Brevard. National park, no hookups (one loop has electric, but you won't need A/C so you don't need it). Davidson River has trout. Plenty of hiking trails that go through CG.Sites are big, remote enough that cell almost doesn't work, yet only a few miles back to town for whatever you need. Blue Ridge Parkway only a few miles away. Already have two trips planned there this summer.
