Might look at Salt Fork State Park if you have never visited. They even have a few full hookup sites. It's pretty bike friendly (IMHO). The campground isn't right on the lake but it's close by. We visited last year and already have reservations for a return in the spring if the glaciers have not covered the whole state by then.
(Edit sorry I just re read and see you've been to Hocking Hills. - Lake Hope is close to Athens and the Hocking Hills area. It is even more remote than Hocking hills and a tight fit for big campers.)
Also consider Alum Creek State Park and Delaware State Park.
74 days till I can camp again and counting!!! ;)
