Need any and all ideas for things to see and do in Michigan
Going to spend a month or so "Doing" Michigan this summer and would appreciate any and all ideas of things to see and do in Michigan. Thanks one and all.

Traverse City, from there you can head up the Leelaneu peninsula to seeping bear dunes, visit wine country, beautiful scenic Dr. many fine Rv resorts in and around and the area, my favorite is Traverse bay resort next to the casino. Petoskey is a great place to visit, they have a fantastic state park as long as you don't have a 45 footer. Mackinaw City and the Island are pretty cool. The whole NW side of Michigan is very touristy. Summers are busy. The UP is nice along lake superior, many nice state parks there. The UP is our version Of W Virginia. Down there they are called Hillbilly's, up there they are referred to as Youpers (joking)
