Going to spend a month or so "Doing" Michigan this summer and would appreciate any and all ideas of things to see and do in Michigan. Thanks one and all.

I was really impressed with Mich. and all the things that have been mentioned but they have left out cops and doughnuts and my favorite place the ship wreck museum at white fish point. Hard to believe 6000 known ship wrecks on great lakes. The story of the Big Fitz is worth the visit alone. By the way I'll always remember because my birthday is Nov 10.
