Actually Champoeg would be out of your way and if your going to be going back and forth to Lincoln city, it'll be a long slog.I have stayed at Deerwood RV park in Goshen,Armitage rv park north of town, but your best bet would be the Premier Resorts at Coburg. I'm thinking that the latter would be your best bet.
I have stayed at the Lincoln City KOA and as KOA's go it's not too bad. There is also Devil's Lake RV Park and Chinook Winds Casino. Don't know about those two, but they seem to look ok.
