O'Steen's Restaurant is a must! We went there twice when we camped nearby. Not only are the shrimp good but the fried scallops are fantastic!
When you reserve at Anastasia be careful of site size. Almost all of the sites are narrow and you want to be sure your rig will fit. We really enjoyed camping there and riding our bikes to the old town.
