Unfortunately, I kind of agree with flagypsy, the ROI isn't there.
BUT, if it were close coupled to a restaurant or fuel stop, it would suddenly be a adjunct that made the service more attractive. I have seen many (and not bought) places that were 10~15$us for an overnight flatspot. But, like most MH, we are self-contained and don't need or want more. There are times when we might pay that just for quiet security. I have often paid that for a night with 15Amp.
