We really like Old Orchard Beach, Maine and we stay at Ne're Beach Campground which is overlooking downtown and 3 blocks from the beach and the small amusement park, if that is your thing. It is also across the street from the local lobster pound pick out your lobster and they will steam them for you and you can walk back to your RV and dinner is served.
Spring rates are $40/night for a FHU site.
There is so much to see in that area, but if you just google OOB, it will come up with all sorts of sites, activities, etc.
If it weren't such a long drive, we would go every few months.
