Your suggestion has been put on the list of improvements. However, this week has been spent fixing bugs that require immediate attention. Improvements come a ways behind bug fixes. Your patience is appreciated.

Try using the email address that is on file instead of your username. Use the same password as before.

We have been using your site for years and have turned many fellow travelers on to it. We have found it to be very trustworthy. The new site looks great- seems intuitive and easy to use. It will continue to be our "go to" website so keep up the great work!

I've already put that idea to the development team to see if it can be incorporated. When they finish fixing this first round of bugs they will spend time evaluating changes and improvements. Thanks for the suggestion.

The biggest feature that I'd like to see is when looking at the count of reviews to be able to click and see say just the 1-star reviews or just the 4-star reviews. If nothing else, adding a sort option to for the reviews would get closer to that.

I like the idea of reading reviews with specific ratings; I use that feature on Amazon and TripAdvisor all the time. I'll recommend it to Janet! ;)

This is so funny regarding the complaints and the praises.

As with any new system, they will all have kinks at first. Try it for a while and you'll get used to it.
