Just got note stating the costs to park here in RGV, Tx. for winter of 2014/15. Site reserved for 5 1/2 months, minus electric. Question is can a good RV/Resort park in Florida beat $1,950 (minus electric??
This is for a booking from Nov 01. to April 15, 2014. Don't think so!
I am sure there are a lot of us that would look twice at a good South Florida RV park at under $400/month. I could not find one in three winters trying. South Texas has many that meet the criteria.
That all depends if your MUST have is to stay on the coast right on the waters edge, or 'need' to stay in a resort park, no, you won't find one for that price.
Florida is a BIG state and all but the upper most of it has the SAME warm winter weather as south Florida. Need to be in a resort right on the beach yup you will be paying the big bucks$.
Need just a nice CG in Florida to escape the brutal winters of the North.....YES you can find a plethora of CG's around $400.00 and some VERY nice ones I might add. I've stayed at several and have been very happy! :C
