Miami is like driving thru the South Side of Chicago in some areas. In Miami just one wrong turn and go around the block and you'll find yourself where you ought not be. At least the South side of Chicago it IS one designated area, easy to stay out of.
West Memphis, sure Elvis Presley's house is around there but I sure found out REAL quick it wasn't the place for me to be driving the RV in or anything else for that matter down those streets.
I have been on the road 7 years now and YES each state, each city has an area one should not be in RV'ing or camping. Just a fact of life. Talking to your fellow campers while at the CG about where you will be heading next is what I found to be the best way to avoid the bad places!
I have stumbled across quite a few in my travels. Wasn't funny when I was in the mix of it but fast forward and they make for great around the campfire stories. :W
