Sure. Venice and Miami. I suppose my top three would be dangerous drivers, bad road infrastructure, and general none friendliness of 85% of the people. No big deal, thats why we explore... to find places we like and realize the places we don't like. We got wheels as they say :)
I have to say that judging the whole state of Florida by what you encountered in Miami, is like judging the whole state of Michigan based ona bad part of Detroit.
If these spots were the two main parts of Florida you visited, you never saw the "real Florida." Sorry you had a bad experience.
