Sometimes I'm amazed at posts regarding site prices and looking for places to sleep for free on the cheap. It seems some have no problem buying TV's that cost $40 - 60+K and RV's that cost anywhere between $30 -100+K and then are looking for places to stay on the cheap. Not a criticism; just an observation. Justify all you want; the observation is supported by the posts on this site. Makes you scratch your head. Camp on!
That's correct! Being frugal and saving money is how I was able to write a $170K check for my motorhome. And, I haven't changed, I still look for ways of saving money. Yes, I overnight at Walmart sometimes. And, I look for campgrounds where I don't have to pay for a lot of features that I don't use.
Call me a cheapskate, it's OK by me.
There is a difference between being frugal and being cheap. You are frugal. Nothing wrong with that.
