How many days to do the Falls area, I understand that the Canadian side is supposed to be the best, but can both sides, with all they have to offer, be done in 4 days, or is something more like 7 need...

We love the Canadian side. There are some beautiful wineries on the Canadian side too. Thirty Bench Winery was small & welcoming. Touring some of the bigger ones was interesting (& I don't ever drink)
