Fifty years ago, I went to Niagra Falls, just to see the falls. What a novel idea. Actually pulled right up to the falls, dropped a nickle into the parking meter and looked over the rail at the falls. No Ferris wheel, no Ripley's Believe It or Not, no Wax Museum. Why did I even bother to go. :)
