The wife and I spent a week there, didn't camp, and did something different everyday. You can probably do a different falls/river activity 4-5 days. The Queens highway has wineries at just about every exit on the way to Toronto. Toronto is worth a day visit and is a short drive. There is a casino. Old Fort Niagara, 300 years old.
Anyway, we spent a week and didn't do everything.
