Nicest is subjective, but....... We stayed at KOA Oceanside several years ago. We had a waterfront site that had one of the most picturesque views of any CG we've been to. Every evening, a guy would come in and steam up lobsters in seawater for a decent price.
The downside is the cost. I believe we paid $120 per night and this was several years ago. The waterfront site was worth the premium for a one-time splurge however. BTW - No sewer at those waterfront sites.
