We are in the KOA (formerly Lazy Days, former Beaudry) in Tucson, there are no park models but there are a few seasonals (that were there last years as well!)
KOA seem to be putting some $$ into it and the restaurant is open for business, they now have a divided "sports bar" and dining area.
