Interior of the Cascade National park is pretty limited unless you are a back packer, or horse packer. The trails into the park are great. but the winter damage is not usually repaired until later in June. Parking is mostly limited to those camps close to Highway #20. Remember the altitude of most of the park is above 5,000' spring comes late at that altitude.
Two very forgotten camp grounds are the meadows camp at Harts pass, (you are not going to be able to go there) and the camp ground at Hozomeen. to get there you must enter Canada and come south from Hope BC. 40 miles and it is very remote, no hook ups, and you might be the only campers there.
