I live in Rockwall just outside of Dallas. There are literally 100's of places to camp within 2 hours of Addison. Just go on Google Maps and search for "Campgrounds near Addison TX" or "RV parks". Join the North Texas Camping Association group on Yahoo groups and you will get tons of information from them.
